Returns and Refunds
No refunds or exchanges on special order items. Special orders require a deposit of 25% to order the item(s).
Salon K is not responsible for manufacturer’s shortages or backorders. Salon K can make no guarantee of availability or date of shipment from manufacturers.
Returns are subject to manager’s approval; the item must have the original box and all packing, all returns are subject to at 15% re-stocking fee.
NO REFUNDS or RETURNS after 14 days; NO EXCHANGES after 30 days. Refunds over $50.00 will be issued by check. Orders paid with credit card will have the credit issued back to the same account. Refunds will be issued 14 business days from date of the original transaction allowing for funds to clear.
